Client Services Consultant (CSC)

Department: Service Delivery

Reports to: Manager, Service Delivery

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Remote with office space available in Spokane, WA

TorchLight is seeking a Client Service Consultant (CSC) who will be responsible for providing sales support for customers and ensuring the smooth and seamless use of TorchLight’s cybersecurity services. Responsibilities include planning, strategizing, directing, and executing deliverables in alignment with customers’ specific business goals for TorchLight’s services. The CSC we’re looking for must be customer-centric and passionate about setting customers up for long-lasting success.

  • Clearly articulating the value add of TorchLight’s services
  • Consultative selling by asking questions and understanding the clients’ needs and how TorchLight cybersecurity solutions can solve those needs
  • Partner with customer to develop a custom deployment strategy and plan based on their unique needs, success criteria & goals, and scope of implementation
  • Manage mid-market customers, as well as larger Enterprise customers
  • Responsible for development and delivery of successful customer onboarding experience
  • Set and manage client expectations and day-to-day interaction; organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations, as needed
  • Ensure all internal and customer stakeholders are aligned and updated
  • Regularly monitor, track milestones, and report on progress of client projects
  • Drive escalation and mitigation of issues and risk should they arise, in a timely manner
  • Identify and drive removal of blockers inhibiting success factors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction of TorchLight’s solutions, processes and experience; gather customer references
  • Achieve Performance objectives as defined by the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a client support and development role
  • Subject matter knowledge of cybersecurity

  • Ability to strategize and translate the strategy into an executable plan and set of deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and proactively manage risk with creative solutions 

Abilities required

Ability to lift 50 pounds, drive for work use, sit, and stand for long periods of time, ability to kneel and reach, and vision including focus adjustment. Travel is not usually required and is flexible when necessary. Must successfully pass a Washington State background check.
