Prior to joining TorchLight in 2022, Emily oversaw operations and managed the leadership team at a rapidly growing coworking franchise for 13 years. Her passion for people and process, and her experience leading an EOS-run company, has led her to become an EOS Integrator. In this role, she guides and supports the leadership team and ensures that the entire organization is in alignment and rowing the same direction with the resources and processes they need to move the company forward in a scalable and supportable way.
When she’s not pushing for constant incremental improvement and communicating organizational clarity at TorchLight, she can be found hiking in the mountains of Colorado where she lives with her husband and 12-year-old, Akita.
