Nolan founded Intrinium (now TorchLight) in 2007 and acts as the organization’s CEO, overseeing the service delivery of the organization. Nolan’s strong technical background, extensive knowledge of security issues and experience in large and small organizations enables him to facilitate secure systems management and the development of effective compliance solutions. He has experience as a CIO and/or CISO in organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 organizations. His extensive consulting experience covers industries such as healthcare, transportation, education, financial services and social services. In the consulting role for these organizations Nolan has assisted and led a variety of projects ranging from complete IT transformations through to greenfield security program and architecture deployments.
Nolan is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and minors in both Mathematics and Physics. He further has studied Network Security at the University of Idaho, a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education which is jointly sponsored by the NSA and the Department of Homeland Security. He possesses extensive training in Information Warfare and Network Security, along with in-depth experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks including Java, C/C++/C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP, MS SQL, and MySQL. Experience with a variety of platforms including Windows and Linux provide Nolan with a strong foundation for security configuration and systems management.
During his nearly two decades in the Information Security industry, Stephen Heath has a track record of building strategic solutions that achieve security goals for organizations ranging from Manhattan hedge funds to one of the largest higher education systems in the world.
An outspoken security evangelist, Stephen is also a frequent guest on television and radio, and speaker at industry groups and conferences to discuss the strange and bizarre side of information security. Passionate about the outdoors, Stephen can be found on the trails and in the mountains looking for his next adventure.
Stephen holds some of the industry’s most sought-after certifications including: CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, and PCI QSA, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University, where he also served as an Adjunct Lecturer of Information Security.
A mom of 5 with a passion for numbers and problem solving, Bobbie brings 10+ years of experience leading Finance and Accounting to TorchLight. Bobbie provides leadership and coordination of financial planning, budgetary management as well as ensuring accounting procedures and reporting conform to GAAP. She joined the team in 2014 as part of administration and soon after began to build the finance department, including all its policies and procedures to support the rapid growth in both staff and revenue.
When not crunching numbers and living in a spreadsheet, she is usually found on the lacrosse field cheering on one of her kids, trail running, or party planning. Her need for growth and the love of a fast-paced environment, makes Torchlight a great place for her to call home.
As CRO, Bo is responsible for leading all revenue generation and service delivery functions for the firm. He is a technology executive leader with more than 30+ years of successfully identifying go-to-market and revenue generation and retention strategies within early-stage start-ups and Fortune 100 cybersecurity companies. He has demonstrable success in building both direct and indirect distribution channels, coaching and mentoring staff members, developing new revenue streams and encouraging professional growth at all levels to improve company-wide performance.
Bo is adept at building consensus across multiple organizational levels to drive strategic, cohesive operations with a focus on maximizing the performance of strategic cybersecurity organizations.
